We truly enjoyed our stay for a family getaway. The backyard and pool were amazing! We had so much fun ! Extremely convenient location while also being very quiet and private. Place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend!

Really nice and new home. Extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped and has modern appliances. Very nicely landscaped backyard. Close to Mesilla plaza. The automated door lock was out of power and did not work. The host resolved right away by opening the garage door remotely. The freeway can be a bit noisy depending on the wind direction. Not a walkable area.

Everardo's home was such a wonderful blessing for us. We stayed there during an overnight of a cross country move. We were exhausted and needed a safe place for us and our pets. Everything in Everardo's place was beautiful and clean. The garage was even heated! There was a nice cute doggie on site that greeted us. I honestly don't know what we would have done if we had not had Everardo's place to rest and recharge for the night. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

This place is AMAZING! Sad we could only stay for a night as we were passing through. The photos were beautiful, but in person, this house was infinitely better! The hosts were extremely friendly and communicative. Highly recommended this place to anyone staying in Las Cruses.

We loved our stay! Everything was as described, though there were problems with heating feature for the pool and hot tub/spa. Everardo attempted to troubleshoot with us, though unfortunately we were not able to resolve it. Despite this issue we enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

This is our second stay here, because it's a great value and a perfect location. Super spacious and clean, well-stocked kitchen, very convenient for visiting NMSU, tons of restaurants nearby. The host is very friendly and helpful too!

Every year I get this house and it gets better and better. I love the subtle changes that are done. This year the landscape in the front patio was redone. It looks so beautiful. The house always feels so welcoming and homey. The rooms are great. The backyard is awesome. Definitely recommend.

We loved everything about our stay! Location is perfect for shopping, dining, access to freeway, close to the university. Everything in the house is brand new, sparkling clean, and comfortable! And the backyard-truly a resort as described!! Beautifully landscaped & lighted, complete with a fabulous outdoor kitchen & tiki bar for the adults & tons of games to keep the kids occupied before they jump into the sparkling pool. Will definitely return, probably my best find ever!

Everado communicated with us each piece of information which needed to be conveyed. His residence is well maintained, beautiful, has a great location and truly is an oasis in the desert. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a getaway or a retreat from life’s challenges. A perfect host.
