When you stay at our vacation home you will enjoy the comfort and beauty that southern New Mexico offers. You will enjoy a home that will embrace you in many modern comforts. From refrigerated air, and central heating, to spacious rooms and comfortable queen beds with the second bedroom offering a power recline/raise feature. The master bedroom has its private walk-in shower and separate jacuzzi tub to ease off any stress. The heart of the home offers a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Two kitchen sinks nestled into granite countertops. The outdoor patio will provide you with a 4 seat table to enjoy some meals off the grill and an electric fire pit to enjoy some warmth. Enjoy flat-screen TVs with streaming services, a washing machine and 3 bathrooms. Towels and bed linen are available in the home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance with free private parking in the garage. You will receive access to the entire home. When you book, the entire home will be reserved for your stay & all other listings calendars will be blocked. This is not a shared space.

Other Details to Note

Connected casita with attached shop. May have employee traffic during business hours. Property owner/manager lives on site. WiFi internet has a data limit of 15 gigs per month. May experience slow speeds at times. To avoid an additional expense, we ask guests that may have a pet to please keep them outside carpeted rooms. The house rules of the property include the following: Smoking is NOT allowed in properties. If the cleaning crew detects any evidence of smoking, a fee of $400 will be retained for deodorizing the home. NO unapproved guests not accounted for in the rental/booking agreement may stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have been found to stay in the property, a fee of $250 will be retained from the guest, plus $25 per person. The property & all furnishings are to be kept clean and in order. Guests are responsible for maintaining the premises throughout the duration of the stay. NO unapproved events are to be held at the property. Parties are prohibited & a minimum fee of $500 will be retained from guests if we find that a party took place on the property. Parking is allowed in respective areas, with the garage included at no additional cost. A remote for garage doors will be provided throughout the duration of stay but will need to be returned before checking out. A replacement fee of $150 will be retained from the guests & will be charged if not returned. All items provided in the home are to be returned to their place & not be taken or damaged. This includes bath towels & linen. A fee will be assessed for any items taken or damaged from the property. Do NOT flush any items other than toilet paper down the toilets. This includes feminine products & wipes to not be flushed & only disposed of in the trash. If it is found that this was not followed & causes plumbing problems, Guest will be charged for the cost of the plumbing repair. No fires are allowed on the property. The homeowner & booking agent is NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs on the premises. The guests are responsible for their own personal belongings or valuables brought into the property. By accepting the reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guests are to conduct themselves in a respectful manner within the premises & surrounding neighbors of the property. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM & to be respected throughout the duration of stay. No Pets not previously approved are allowed on the property - Approved pets are welcome! If pets are found to have been in the home without previous approval, a fine of $350 will be assessed. Approved pets are to be kept out of carpeted areas & cleaned up after, leaving no droplets in or around the yard. Please note that owner has two dogs on premises. All trash accumulated throughout the duration of stay is to be disposed of by guests in designated trash containers of the home. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. There will be a trash dumping fee of $50 if this rule is not followed. Guests are responsible for securing the property upon each departure of the home up until the moment of checking out. All blinds & shades must be closed & all doors & windows are to be secured with their lock. Contact your host immediately if any difficulty arises when properly securing the property.

No smoking allowed 🚭 If you would like to have a pet on the property, please make sure to inform the property owner prior to your arrival. Property owner will charge a small fee of $15 per day per pet. Request for payment will be sent through this site for you to pay pet fees prior to your arrival. Keep in mind fees must be paid in full to gain access to the property. Maximum of two pets no larger than 60 pounds are allowed.

Really nice and new home. Extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped and has modern appliances. Very nicely landscaped backyard. Close to Mesilla plaza. The automated door lock was out of power and did not work. The host resolved right away by opening the garage door remotely. The freeway can be a bit noisy depending on the wind direction. Not a walkable area.

Everardo's home was such a wonderful blessing for us. We stayed there during an overnight of a cross country move. We were exhausted and needed a safe place for us and our pets. Everything in Everardo's place was beautiful and clean. The garage was even heated! There was a nice cute doggie on site that greeted us. I honestly don't know what we would have done if we had not had Everardo's place to rest and recharge for the night. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

This place is AMAZING! Sad we could only stay for a night as we were passing through. The photos were beautiful, but in person, this house was infinitely better! The hosts were extremely friendly and communicative. Highly recommended this place to anyone staying in Las Cruses.

The house is stunning and very well decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything a cook might want or need. He has nice furniture. Gorgeous decorations. The master bath is amazing. Love the backyard. The location is secluded but close to mesilla.
