Escape to your own private oasis where the sun-kissed days are filled with endless fun and relaxation. Welcome to our incredible Airbnb retreat. Prepare for some friendly competition on our sand volleyball court & ping pong matches in our game room. For an added fee you can take a dip in the newly built swimming pool or enjoy stepping into the warmth of our inviting spa and let the bubbling waters melt away your tension.

Good to know

The home has a spacious living room with a natural wood burning fireplace & a flat screen tv with streaming services. The kitchen has a morning breakfast area & includes modern appliances, fully equipped for all your cooking needs or step outside and fire up the grill for some outdoor cooking experiences. Directly adjacent to the kitchen is a large formal dining room with a table to sit eight guests. In the bedrooms you will have fresh linens & comfy queen beds. The master bedroom has a walk in shower. The large fenced in backyard has a new sand volleyball court with a light post to continue the fun even when the sun goes down. Inside the spacious sunroom you could enjoy some ping pong matches & stir up some more fun. You will have access to the 2 car garage to park your vehicles during your stay. It comes with wireless internet, free for our guests. This home is loaded with fun & amenities. You will receive access to the entire home. When you book, the entire home will be reserved for your stay & all other listings calendars will be blocked. This is not a shared space.

Other Details to Note

The house rules of the property include the following: Smoking is NOT allowed in properties. If the cleaning crew detects any evidence of smoking, a fee of $400 will be retained for deodorizing the home. NO unapproved guests not accounted for in the rental/booking agreement may stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have been found to stay in the property, a fee of $250 will be retained from the guest, plus $25 per person. The property & all furnishings are to be kept clean and in order. Guests are responsible for maintaining the premises throughout the duration of the stay. NO unapproved events are to be held at the property. Parties are prohibited & a minimum fee of $500 will be retained from guests if we find that a party took place on the property. Parking is allowed in respective areas, with the garage included at no additional cost. A remote for garage doors will be provided throughout the duration of stay but will need to be returned before checking out. A replacement fee of $150 will be retained from the guests & will be charged if not returned. All items provided in the home are to be returned to their place & not be taken or damaged. This includes bath towels & linen. A fee will be assessed for any items taken or damaged from the property. Do NOT flush any items other than toilet paper down the toilets. This includes feminine products & wipes to not be flushed & only disposed of in the trash. If it is found that this was not followed & causes plumbing problems, Guest will be charged for the cost of the plumbing repair. No fires are allowed on the property. The homeowner & booking agent is NOT responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs on the premises. The guests are responsible for their own personal belongings or valuables brought into the property. By accepting the reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guests are to conduct themselves in a respectful manner within the premises & surrounding neighbors of the property. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM & to be respected throughout the duration of stay. No Pets not previously approved are allowed on the property - Approved pets are welcome! If pets are found to have been in the home without previous approval, a fine of $350 will be assessed. Approved pets are to be kept out of carpeted areas & cleaned up after, leaving no droplets in or around the yard. All trash accumulated throughout the duration of stay is to be disposed of by guests in designated trash containers of the home. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. There will be a trash dumping fee of $50 if this rule is not followed. Guests are responsible for securing the property upon each departure of the home up until the moment of checking out. All blinds & shades must be closed & all doors & windows are to be secured with their lock. Contact your host immediately if any difficulty arises when properly securing the property.

No smoking allowed 🚭 If you would like to have a pet on the property, please make sure to inform the property owner prior to your arrival. Property owner will charge a small fee of $25 per day. Request for payment will be sent through this site for you to pay pet fees prior to your arrival. Keep in mind fees must be paid in full to gain access to the property. Maximum of two pets no larger than 60 pounds are allowed.

You will have the entire home to enjoy , excluding the pool/spa unless you added to your experience for the additional cost. The home offers free parking in the two car garage and plenty of parking on driveway. You will receive a code to access the day of your arrival to enter on the front door keypad.

Everardo’s place was great! The beach oasis feel is no-joke! Between the sand volleyball court and soon to be finished pool bbq/cabana combo it has all the makings of a beach paradise! The house was exactly as depicted- clean , beautiful, and cozy. There’s plenty of activities inside the house too, including a ping pong table. Our family of 4 including 2 small kiddos thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly pick this home our next time in Las Cruces.

The neighborhood is well lit at night, and has plenty of areas to park in. You’ll love staying at this home in a central location of the city which is near New Mexico State University, parks, plenty of local restaurants and Mesilla Valley Mall. You will also find Pan American Center close by. Close access to I-25 and I-10 freeways.
